Marjo Personal Trainer

Hi, I’m Marjo, and I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives at every stage. With years of experience in health and fitness, I bring a unique, holistic approach that blends science-backed knowledge with real-life practicality and a deep understanding of how the body changes over time.

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates Teacher, Advanced Menopause Practitioner, Nutrition Coach, and Canicross Trainer. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of menopause, building a stronger body, improving your running technique, or simply wanting to feel your best, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

My mission is to empower you through movement, education, and sustainable habits—helping you build confidence in your body and make meaningful, lasting changes. I create each program to suit your individual goals, lifestyle, and physical needs—so your journey is built around evidence-based knowledge and what works best for you.

Outside of my work, I’m an avid runner and cyclist, always exploring new trails with my dog or pushing myself with new fitness goals. That same energy and enthusiasm fuels the work I do with my clients—because I truly believe that fitness should feel empowering, enjoyable, and fit into real life.

Tara Personal Trainer

Hello, I’m Tara — a dedicated Personal Trainer, Pilates Teacher, and lifelong equestrian with a specialist focus on biomechanics, injury rehabilitation and prevention, mobility, and strength and conditioning.

Before stepping fully into the fitness industry, I spent many years immersed in the world of professional horse riding, training in dressage at a high level under some of the best coaches in the world. My extensive training as a rider gave me a deep understanding for precision, discipline, and body awareness. But it was my own experience with injuries, challenges and setbacks that truly shaped my path.

Through recovery and retraining, I developed a passion for helping people move with confidence, rebuild strength, and get back to doing what they love—whether that’s riding, exercising, or simply feeling better in their everyday life. I now work with a wide range of clients, from complete beginners new to exercising and the gym, to athletes and riders of all disciplines and levels, using smart, evidence-based training to support performance, prevent injury, and build strong, capable, and resilient bodies.

I work closely with each client to understand their body, lifestyle, and goals, combining targeted movement strategies with a supportive, personalised approach. Whether you’re recovering from injury, aiming to enhance your athletic performance, or wanting to feel stronger and more balanced in everyday life, I’m here to support you on your journey.
